Martin brings many years of leadership and teamwork to Terra Ferma Landscapes. He coached for the San Jose Earthquakes Youth Academy for 10 years before his career change to Landscape Construction. Martin joined Terra Ferma Landscapes in 2019 and used his skill set and attention to detail to move up very quickly. He began as a full-time member of the Landscape Construction crew to his current position as Project Field Manager.

In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and watching sports.
