Wen joined Terra Ferma Landscapes Design as the newest Senior Associate in 2023 with over a decade of experience in landscape architecture. The past five years she has focused on residential designs in the Bay Area. Before her transition to residential landscape design, she had been working on international commercial/hospitality projects with leading design firms in the nation. Wen brings extensive experience on design properties with complicated topography. Her passion for residential landscapes arises from a deep interest in shaping human-scale spaces. She believes it is the power of design that turns any bare land into real space and secret niches that would enrich people's everyday lives.

Wen graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with her master’s degree in landscape architecture. Wen enjoys traveling and visiting nurseries during her spare time.
